Our weight equipment is Icarian from Precor, an exciting new line that allows you to create a complete custom circuit workout as well as a free weight personal workout. Our spacious stretching area makes it comfortable to use yoga mats, fit balls, medicine balls, resistance bands and jump ropes without ever being crowded during your exercise routine. Classes are conducted by motivated and enthusiastic instructors in a 1200 sq.ft. aerobics room.
